C.B. Fralich joined the Hart Insurance Agency team in 1995. He is an agency principal and provides insurance services for commercial businesses in Southern Oregon. He also provides overall leadership in the agency, specifically over the commercial lines team and is responsible for agency/carrier relationships.

He started his insurance career in Portland, OR, through an agency-sponsored program with North Pacific/Liberty NW where he worked in both personal and commercial lines underwriting as well as spending some time in claims and loss control. After completion, he returned to Southern Oregon and began working in the agency.

C.B. is a licensed insurance agent in Oregon, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington. He has held a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designation since 1999. He also holds a life and health and surplus lines license. C.B. has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Oregon in sociology.
