Business Elements is a Human Resource and compliance platform designed exclusively for Hart Insurance clients. With this program you can log onto your own individual company web page to access nearly endless resources for you, your management team, and all of your employees.
- Compliant Business Elements keeps you on top of the constant changes in benefits law and policies which could consume a good portion of your work day. Our staff will keep you up to date on any changes which may affect you, as well as provide you with any needed documentation through your Business Elements portal.
- Connected Business Elements consolidates all the necessary forms and documents to simplify the administration of the employee benefits package. Forms and documents are easily accessed by HR and can be customized as needed. We can also provide access to Business Elements on an employee level to give online access to plan information and forms 24/7. Access in the employee level is also customizable.
- Informed Business Elements provides access to a compliance library that contains forms, Q&A’s, and links to pertinent sties to keep you compliant. You can also access benchmarking reports on benefits, work comp, and other lines of insurance.
- Equipped Business Elements gives you access to a library of topics related to wellness, safety, as well as templates to communicate with your employees.It also links you to other HR professionals across the country to ensure you are prepared to answer any and all employee concerns.
